I'm a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild specializing in menstrual and hormonal health, fertility, and all dis-eases impacting the female reproductive system.
I'm also a certified Fertility Awareness Educator recognized through the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals.
My job and joy is to help you thrive, or maybe begin thriving for the first time ever, in your cyclical, female body.

My Approach to Your Wellbeing
I help you, help yourself. I believe this is the only sustainable way to truly be well. If you believe that you can return to a place of balance and equilibrium (because you can), then I'm the right herbalist for you. I do believe there is a mind-body-soul connection to whatever physical ailment we might be experiencing.
I support my clients in a variety of ways, depending on their preference and budget. I make custom herbal formula(s) with tinctured medicinal herbs or with dry herbs for teas (infusions). I also teach clients how-to:
- cook with herbs (kitchen medicine)
- make your own herbal beauty products, and / or wellness products
- chart your cycle (fertility awareness SymptoThermal method) as an invaluable life skill to have with you for the rest of your reproductive years (available to clients who purchase a package)
Between sessions, I communicate with my clients via email, voice text and video tutorials when needed so that they have my support every step of the way.

4 Months of Herbal + Holistic Guidance
What you've done before hasn't worked for you and you're ready for a change. You're done with "band-aid" approaches and done with treatments that maybe work on the surface level, but actually end up leaving you worse off. Please Note: I'm not a medical doctor, but my approach using herbal medicine has been able to help many clients when other modalities have failed.
What you can expect from working with me as your herbalist
First, you'll receive a health-intake form to fill out prior to our initial consultation and a link to schedule your session.
During our time together, you'll share your story with me (as much as you feel comfortable with), your health history (including any current and past pharmaceuticals), your primary and any secondary concerns.
I often ask many questions to gain clarity, and to do further research when needed for complex cases. No two cases, or people, are the same and I routinely put on my "investigative hat" to look into your health circumstance and put the puzzle pieces together.
I create a PDF "roadmap" just for you including herbal, dietary and lifestyle guidance, and information about the custom herbal formulas I make for you. Your herbs are sourced from an herbal dispensary with over 200 medicinal herbs—tinctures, dried herbs and flower essences.
Herbs are mailed to you.
